01 Subject Matter and Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions govern the legal framework for the use of the facilities by members and customers. The operator provides premises and machines for independent use. It is the members' own responsibility to assess whether they are physically and mentally capable of using the equipment.
02 Registration and Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded via online registration. Members assure the accuracy of all provided data and that they are at least 18 years old (minors only with the permission of legal guardians and with restricted rights).
03 Membercard
The Membercard is strictly personal and non-transferable. Loss must be reported immediately. Passing the card on to third parties will lead to contractual penalties and immediate exclusion.
04 House Rules
The posted house rules are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and must be strictly observed at all times.
05 Services of the Operator
The first-come-first-served principle applies, provided there is no reservation. Certain machines require prior safety instruction (training) before use.
06 Obligations of the Members
Members must treat all equipment properly and report defects immediately. The instructions of the staff must be followed. Use is entirely at the member's own risk after completing the basic training.
07 Vouchers
Vouchers are transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash. Value vouchers apply to all services; membership vouchers only to the selected membership model. Validity: one year from the date of purchase.
08 Contract Execution & Prohibited Use
There is no legal claim to availability in the event of technical defects or maintenance (e.g., winter break Dec 24 - Jan 06). Using the facilities for illegal purposes or illicit work is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
09 Deregistration, Cancellation & Suspension
Cancellation period: 14 days to the end of the payment period via Email. A suspension of the membership is possible once a year for a maximum of 6 months.
10 Payment Terms
Fees are due in advance (monthly/annually) and are collected via SEPA direct debit. Chargebacks incur processing fees according to the current price list.
11 Liability and Disclaimer
Use of the facilities is at your own risk. The member is liable for any intentional or grossly negligent damage caused. No liability is assumed for personal items brought into the premises or the wardrobe.
12 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing and are considered accepted if not objected to within one month.
